IBM Maximo is a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and is used worldwide at a wide variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, Utilities, Food & Beverage, Transportation, Healthcare and Professional Services. Maximo Asset Management deploys for each industry different system features. MACS EU organises regularly seminars for IBM Maximo and Tivoli Software products: Tivoli Service Request Manager and Tivoli Asset Management for IT.

  • Maintenance and Service Management Consulting. While providing what is essentially a consultancy service, the approach of MACS EU is to assume a task responsibility where required. Furthermore, our staff all have 'hands-on' maintenance as well as professional (IT) engineering experience, and are accustomed to problem solving consultancy assignments.

MACS EU support desk assists IBM Maximo Asset Management and Tivoli Service Management customers from the locations in Gerrards Cross (United Kingdom) & Son en Breugel (The Netherlands). The team at the MACS support desk speaks English, Dutch, French and German to make our service accessible for every customer.
