Opportunities exist for both Principal Consultants and Senior Consultant positions Candidates for both positions will be professionals with a track record in Maintenance Management, IT Asset Management, Service Management and/or Business Process Development. The roles involve a substantial amount of client-facing activity, so good communication and inter-personal skills are essential.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strategic understanding of the Maintenance or IT Function
Understanding of the Maintenance or IT Strategy
Knowledge of the Maintenance Processes Management, Performance Measurement & Improvement Techniques.
Industrial Maintenance or IT experience in the Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Service Provider, Health Care or Transportation.
IT Processes
Good understanding of the role of Enterprise Asset management and/or IT Asset Management.
Project Management Skills
Good English Communication Skills; Written, Verbal & Presentation
Strong Inter-personal Skills
Maximo, Tivoli Service Request Manager and/or Tivoli Asset Management for IT
