Opportunities exist for both Principal Consulting and Senior Consultant positions. Candidates for both positions will be Professional Engineers, with a track record in Maintenance Management and Business Process Development. The roles involve a substantial amount of client-facing activity, so good communication and inter-personal skills are essential.
Skills & Knowledge- Strategic understanding of the Maintenance Function
- Maintenance Strategy
- Maintenance Processes - Management, Performance Measurement & Improvement Techniques.
- Industrial Maintenance experience in the Process, Manufacturing or Transport sectors.
- Good understanding of the role of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Project Management Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Written (Reports, Proposals and System Specifications etc.)
- Verbal & Presentation - Strong Inter-personal Skills
