MACS holding has announced the takeover of the London-based company Peacock Engineering Ltd. Peacock Engineering are engineering consultants specialising in computerised maintenance management including IBM Maximo® Enterprise Asset Management, and Maintenance Engineering solutions.

The takeover has brought MACS Holdings  closer to the position of European market leader Maximo® software solutions. MACS director Guus de Nijs stated: ‘The takeover not only expands our knowledge of Asset Management and IT Service Management, but also makes our experience and skills more accessible to our (potential) clients’.

Peacock Engineering Ltd., established in 1986, has extensive international knowledge of IBM Maximo® and delivers services to a range of clients in Europe and Africa.

The Dutch holding MACS, established in 1998, now employs 30 people in Son, near Eindhoven, and London. The company implements solutions for Maintenance Management, IT Service Management, and Time Management. It works closely with partners such as ‘MRO software, an IBM Company’ and ‘Kronos’. MACS also delivers professional services such as consultancy, project management, customer support and training.
