MACS PDF Communicator is one of the add-ons MACS developed recently. It aims to improve IBM Maximo’s ability to drive fault reporting and work generation through email integration. Through this simple process the generation of entries into Maximo by casual users is made simple, but
the formatting of data is tightly controlled. The forms can be designed in a range of products including
Adobe LifeCycle ®, and the server installation of the MACS Communicator is a simple process which has low
impact on the IBM Maximo installation.
